Hands-On Learning Studio
The Food and Beverage Media Studio will be an active learning environment where students are equipped with essential photography skills, as well as other print and electronic media applications. When piping hot dishes come out of the oven or craft cocktails are freshly poured, students will be able to capture high quality images on the spot and build their own visual portfolio of work.
Feast for the eyes As a distinctive feature among culinary science programs in the US, the media studio will offer students unprecedented training in the creative and visual arts as applied to the hospitality industry.
