On the second floor, the Culinary Exhibition Lab will provide theater style seating for up to 80 culinary and hospitality students at a time.
A Culinary Showcase
Learning takes center stage
State-of-the-art audio/visual equipment will vividly capture the sights and sounds of live demonstrations, bringing students up close with the action as it unfolds in the exhibition lab. The laboratory design will also allow for the study of innovative cooking methods and techniques from around the world. It is intentionally designed to accommodate a variety of purposes from culinary classes and commercial cooking demonstrations to weekend workshop experiences.
